SUN area
The SUN Matrei apartments are arranged in a terrace on a west-facing slope to the south of Matrei. At the foot of the slope to the left is the three-storey Tradition apartment building which has a wooden façade, while to the right is the three-storey Design complex, which provides access to the underground garage (parking level D). From the Reception area in the basement in the Design complex a lift and steps provide access to the Classic complex - located to the rear of the Design complex. Next to the Classic apartments there is also access to the multi-functional seminar and wellness area. While parking level K is located behind the Classic complex which is above this that the Ganzer family home stands, 'keeping an eye on' all the goings-on. The Felbertauernstraße proceeds behind the complexes, yet due to their elevated location, hardly any noise is discernible in the SUN Matrei apartments.
